Technical Skills
Laboratory technician assists scientific staff and supports laboratory-based investigations and experiments by performing a range of routine laboratory tasks: collection of biological materials (free living animals and parasites), parasitological dissections, preparation of permanent and semi-permanent mounts of parasites, performing scientific line drawings, arrangement samples for biochemical analyses and maintaining laboratory equipment.
