  • The role of reptiles in transmission of vector borne microorganisms (Borrelia burgdorferi senu lato, Anaplasma, Rickettsia, Bartonella) and unicellular parasites (Karyolysus, Hepatozoon, Schellackia)
  • Molecular diversity of emerging parasitic and infectious diseases agens in the light of global changes
  • Behaviour of ticks and host preference in laboratory conditions and parasite induced alteration in behaviour
  • The impact of electro-magnetic field on tick distribution and behaviour
