  • nematode ecology and taxonomy
  • biomonitoring of the environment with focus on antropogennic contamination of terrestrial ecosystems
  • analytical methods (ETA, flame-AAS, hydrid-AAS) for analysing various elements in different inorganic and organic matrices (soil, plants, animals)
  • experimental and field studies simulating ecosystems under ecological pressure and its buffering systems
