The journal uses <strong>a single-blind peer-review process<\/strong> (the authors do not know the identity of the referees). Before reviewing, all submitted manuscripts are inspected by Similarity Check, a plagiarism-screening tool. Reviewers are selected according to their expertise in their particular field of research, identified as specialists in their respective academic areas. <span style=\"color: #ff3355;\"><strong>Submitted manuscripts should be prepared according to the Instructions for Authors.<\/strong><\/span> Each reviewer makes a specific recommendation to the Editor-in-chief for the manuscript, and his decision includes one of the three recommendations as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; color: #000000; font: 20pt; margin-left: 15px;\">\n<li style=\"color: #000000; font: 20pt;\">Acceptance in the initial form<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000; font: 20pt;\">Conditional acceptance (minor\/major changes in form, style, and\/or content)<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000; font: 20pt;\">Rejection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-913-0-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The evaluation decision is communicated to the author(s). When a manuscript is returned to the corresponding author for revision, it should be sent to the Editor within three months.
