  • geographical distribution, diagnostics, epidemiology and immunology of parasitozoonoses in men and domestic and free-living animals with peculiar emphasis on echinococcosis, toxocarosis, trichinellosis, dirofilariosis and neosporosis
  • experiences with immunological methods (ELISA, Western Blot) and molecular diagnostic methods (PCR)
  • experimental studies of influence of parasitic infections on immunity and reproduction of hosts
  • in vitro cultivation of parasites (Toxocara canis, Toxoplasma gondii, Neospora caninum), preparation of antigens
  • statistical analysis of results.
